Forgetwell has a clear promise — capture with zero friction, recall anything — and more ideas than hands. Your job is to decide what we build next, and to make sure what ships actually moves users.
You will be the first dedicated product role, working directly with the founder, the engineers, and the community. This is a hands-on PM job: you talk to users yourself, vibe-code the prototype yourself, and check the numbers yourself. Ideas here are demonstrated with working prototypes — not documents, not mockups.
What you will do
- Own the roadmap: turn user research, community threads, and the second-memory vision into a sequenced plan
- Demonstrate ideas as working prototypes: vibe-code the flow with AI tools and put a clickable build in front of the team — a prototype beats a spec, a spec beats a slide
- Write specs engineers love when a spec is still needed: crisp problem statements, sharp scope, no theater
- Ship with the team: make calls fast, cut scope without cutting the point
- Instrument and measure: define what success means for a feature and check whether it happened
- Close the loop with users: interviews, community, support — you hear problems firsthand
What we look for
- You have shipped software products people chose to use — as a PM, a founder, or an engineer who drifted into product
- You vibe-code: fluent with AI tools, you turn an idea into a working prototype in days — you would rather demo than describe
- You write clearly and decide quickly, with reasons
- You care about calm, private, trustworthy software
- Bonus: consumer productivity tools, developer ecosystems (MCP), or growth analytics experience
