Welcome to Forgetwell, operated by Bluelight Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Forgetwell ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

By creating an account or using Forgetwell, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to:

You retain full ownership of the notes, tags, and other content you create in Forgetwell. We do not claim any rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for the content you create. You agree not to use Forgetwell to store or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code

We strive to keep Forgetwell available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

6. Data and Backups

While we perform regular backups, you are encouraged to use the built-in export feature to maintain your own copies of your data. We are not responsible for data loss due to hardware failure, security incidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

Forgetwell, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Forgetwell is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of Forgetwell after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
